| We purchased 5 Blackberry Bolds and were told they were locked to a provider. We contacted The Phone Unlockers via their website and within 10 mins of submitting the information and making payment, we received the full instructions and codes. We were unable to get the final step for inputting the code and suspected that they were like all the other people who take your money and do nothing. We raised a dispute with PayPal to reclaim our money. Almost immediately, we received an email back asking us to resubmit the problem to a specific person. We did so and again, almost immediately, we received a phone call from her. She was very helpful and understanding and finally discovered that in fact, the phones were not locked at all!! Of course, we still don?t know if the codes would have worked and we live in hope that we will receive a refund of the fees we paid but we will definitely try them again. Proactiveselection.com. |
