About me: The Phone Unlockers is an exciting project for me as our customers come from all over the World. I love thinking of new ways to reach customers and how we can build and develop our relationship with our customers. Sometimes with online businesses it’s easy to become a faceless and impersonal service.

Here, I’m trying to avoid that and build a strong relationship.

Aside from The Phone Unlockers I spend a lot of my time volunteering at schools and helping people grow their business.  I’m also learning to speak French- now that’s a real challenge!

Name: Adam Goff

Position: Director

Role: Adam deals with operations focussing on unlocking methods and practice to make sure we deliver our customers with the best codes at the best price. Adam also manages all aspects of our presence on Google and leading the Web Development Team.

About me: I passionately believe in our product, the benefits offer such good value for a code that often costs around $20. Whoever you are, whatever role you are in if you have a cell phone you should unlock it in order that it gives you the complete freedom that it was designed for. I get a tremendous pleasure in providing the excellent service we do, especially when so many of our customers have been let down by our competitors I love proving to them that we are different and one of the good guys!

When I am not working I like to be active doing water sports like sailing, powerboating and wakeboarding in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.

Name: Kevin

Position: Heads up the Customer Support Team

Role: He is a major part of the customer support team; helping customers over the phone with their problems.

About me:  Hi there, I am having a great experience with the phoneunlockers. Dealing with all sort customers is truly a challenge, but at the same time completely satisfactory.

We have got excellent support from the whole phoneunlockers team. Working in such a perfect environment gives me confidence and delight.

Honestly, it’s a pleasing job for me!!!

Apart from my job, I love my family and respect everyone.
I am also a  Badminton player and hardly read anything!!!!

Name: Suzy Martin

Position: Manager of  support emails

Roles: Suzy is an essential part of the customer support team. She manages the many emails we receive on a daily basis and coordinates other members of the team, so that emails are dealt with effectively. She also monitors the forum and helps people with any problems they are having.

About me: When I joined The Phone Unlockers it was a but daunting, because there are so many emails to deal with from people from all over the World. Now I’ve been here for a while and I’ve put my own mark on the email system. I get the flexibility here to test new ideas and to really help improve things.

When I’m not working I’m skiing or just having lots of fun with my friends

Name: Richard Zito

Position: Head of Web Development

Role: Rich is responsible for the creation of thephoneunlockers.com. He built our amazing site and is there to make sure everything is working properly on it.
