We have been having real trouble with fraudulent orders recently! It’s a big problem for all online business. Due to this we have had to build a fraud check system. This puts orders on hold if they seem fraudulent. Sometimes it catches legitimate orders and causes a delay for customers. We’re really sorry if you have been affected at all by this. We really hope you understand that we have to do this, to stop the fraud and protect cardholders.

Once the systems in place properly it shouldn’t really affect legitimate transactions. We will also be able to provide a better service for you once the fraud levels drop.
