I haven't received my code?!
If you have placed your order and not received your code you need to follow the steps below:
1) The first thing you need to do is to track your order to see whether your code is still being processed.
2) If there has been a problem with your order, for example we can’t find the code or there is an error it will say so in the online tracking. If there has been a problem simply contact us and we will refund you or suggest alternative options.
3) If your code is still processing and it’s taking longer that the estimated delivery time specified then please contact us.
