My code isn't working!!
If you have entered the code we sent you and you are getting 'code error' please follow the steps below:
1) The first thing you need to do is double check that all the information you provided us with is correct (the IMEI number, the model, the network/country the phone is locked to) If the information is correct then you will need to take a video of yourself entering the unlock code and the error message clearly displayed. Email this video to customersupport@thephoneunlockers.com for a full refund.
If your phone is a Blackberry then please contact us and we can upgrade the code for you.
