I want a refund!
We can only provide refunds if:
1) We can’t find your code
2) If we have an error generating your code
3) If your code fails and you supply us with video evidence.
4) If we fail to supply instructions
We cannot cancel an order once it has begun processing. If there is a problem with your phone which causes you to be unable to follow the instructions we can help you as much as possible, but we can’t refund if you are unable to resolve the problem.
