  • Fix a Problem

    • I haven't received my code?!
    • If you have placed your order and not received your code you need to follow the steps below:

      1) The first thing you need to do is to track your order to see whether your code is still being processed.

      2) If there has been a problem with your order, for example we can’t find the code or there is an error it will say so in the online tracking. If there has been a problem simply contact us and we will refund you or suggest alternative options.

      3) If your code is still processing and it’s taking longer that the estimated delivery time specified then please contact us.

    • To enter your code all you need to do is follow the instructions. To see the instructions for your phone and for tips and troubleshooting click here
    • I entered the wrong information when I ordered?!
    • If you entered incorrect information on the order form then your code is likely to fail. You will need to completely reorder the code. If you use the same email address that you used to place your first order you will receive a 15% discount.
