- We can unlock almost any phone. Below is a list of phone makes we can unlock. To see if we can unlock your model, please click on your phone make below. If your phone make isn’t there then unfortunately we are unable to unlock it at this time.

- How long will it take for my code to be delievered?
- The lenght of time it takes for codes to be generated an emailed out depends on the make of phone you are getting unlocked. Please see below for a list of average delivery times:
Blackberry: 1-3 minutes
Nokia: 24 hours
Motorola: 6 hours
T-Mobile G1: 25 minutes
Samsung: 6 hours
LG: 6 hours
HTC: 25 minutes
- How can I pay for my code?
- You can pay for your 3 ways:
1) You can pay online via PayPal
2) You can pay onlineusing our secure online payment gateway. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
3) You can also place your order over the phone by calling us:

- How will I receive my code?
- You will receive your code via email. When you fill out the order form, you specify which email address you would like the code sending to.
You can also view your code online by going to our online tracking page. Click here to track your order
- How do I find my IMEI number?
- To find your IMEI number type *#06# into your mobile keypad. It's a 15 digit number. You can also find it by looking under your battery.

- Do you accept all credit and debit cards?
- We accept all major credit and debit card, except American Express.
We can also take payment via Paypal.
However we cannot take payment through other payment gateways or Western Union.
- How can I place bulk orders?
- If you have several phones you need unlocking please send us a document with the following information:
1)The IMEI number for each phone
2)The make and model of the phones
3)The coutry and network the phone is currently locked to.
