Unlock Codes Sent
Your code has been processed and sent out to you via email. If you have not received it then please check your junk and spam mailboxes, some emails simply do not get through because of these filters (especially on AOL). Your codes will be displayed under your order to the left.

Pending/Processing Code
This means we are currently processing your order to obtain the unlock code for your handset/network combination. Whilst this can be a quick process it can also take up to 28 days to supply your code. If your order has exceeded 28 days then it is likely you will receive your code very soon. However, if you wish we can refund you as part of our 28 day guarantee.
Unable to Unlock
This means we are unable to supply you with an unlock code for your handset/network combination. This may be for a variety of reasons but the good news is we can refund you. Please email unabletounlock@thephoneunlockers.com and we will process this refund for you straight away.
Not Found
This means we were unable to generate an unlock code for your Phone, please email us at unabletounlock@thephoneunlockers.com and we will process your refund immediately. So we could not find it this time, but please use again and recieve a 15% discount on your next order.
